| The date is 1914 and the Memorial Day parade has just started. The location is the corner of Wheeling avenue and North Eleventh street in Cambridge, Ohio. The house in the background is standing on the sight of the present Elks Lodge. What little traffic would have been available at the time is being controlled by one of the Meridith brothers, well known Cambridge Police officers. |
